No. 5 Women’s Golf moves up on day two of Stanford Intercollegiate

Farah O’Keefe cards 3-under 68 in round two.
STANFORD, Calif. — The Texas women's golf team moved up four spots to 11th after the second round of competition at the Stanford Intercollegiate on Saturday.
Farah O'Keefe, the seventh ranked golfer in the women's world amateur golf ranking carded a 3-under 68 to lead Texas on day two.
Lauren Kim shot an even-par 71 to stay in the red numbers with a score of 1-under-par for the tournament.
The Longhorns carded a team score of even-par to move up four spots to 11th place on the team leaderboard and are 12-over for the tournament. Host Stanford leads the field at 25-under-par with Oregon second at 14-under and Arizona third at 5-under-par.
The final round will be a shotgun start at 10:30 a.m. CT
The Lineup
Farah O'Keefe started her day with an eagle on the par-5, first hole which measured 501 yards. O'Keefe made four birdies in her round, including three on the back nine and moved up the leaderboard 22 spots.
Lauren Kim made four birdies as she carded a round of even-par 71.
Angela Heo moved up the leaderboard 14 spots. Heo made four birdies in her round of 1-over 72.
Selina Liao back a pair of birdies on holes 12 and 13 and shot 2-over for her round.
Vivian Lu made birdies on holes 7 and 17 and finished her round at 2-over-par.
