Women's Golf's Heo records individual win at Put Me in Coach Invitational

Longhorn women’s golfers finish in top three spots at tournament.
MUNCIE, Ind. — Texas women's golf senior Angela Heo captured her first collegiate victory at the Put Me in Coach Invitational at Delaware Country Club on Tuesday.
The tournament, which was all individual players had Texas women's golfers Angela Heo, Alisa Inprasit and Emma von Hoffman along with individuals from Pepperdine, Ball State, Purdue, Xavier and Bowling Green.
Heo closed with a 3-under 69 for a nine-shot victory at 7-under for the tournament. Emma von Hoffman shot a 4-under 68 in the second round and finished in second place overall with a score of 2-over-par. Inprasit finished T3 at 3-over-par.
Up next the Longhorns will compete in the Stanford Invitational Oct. 17-19.
