• SCORE THE BALL: Texas has topped the 100-point mark in EACH of its last two games. This marks the first time since the 2009-10 season that the Longhorn have reached the century mark in consecutive games. • POPE LIGHTS IT UP: Senior G Jordan Pope tallied a season-high 28 points while hitting 8-of-15 FG, including 7-of-13 threes, and 5-of-6 FT in 38 minutes during last Wednesday's win over No. 23/22 NC State.
• SWAIN PICKS UP HONOR: Junior G/F Dailyn Swain earned a spot on the six-person Southwest Maui Invitational All-Tournament Team. He averaged 18.7 points, 6.7 rebounds and 4.7 assists over the three contests while converting 64.7-percent (22-34) from the floor and 78.6-percent (11-14) from the free throw line.
