Texas had a program-best 14 players participate in this year's NFL combine from Feb. 27-March 2 in Indianapolis, tied for the second-most of any program (Ohio State, 15). Four Longhorns ran sub-4.4-second 40-yard dashes at the event (Matthew Golden, 4.29; Jaydon Blue, 4.38; Jahdae Barron, 4.39; Isaiah Bond, 4.39), marking the first time any program accomplished that at the Combine. Including UT's 11 players (tied for fourth-most of any program) at last year's Combine, the Longhorns' 25 players at the event the past two years ties for the most of any program (Georgia).
