Action-packed Football Fan Day slated for April 26 at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium

Texas Athletics is rolling out the burnt orange carpet for Longhorn Nation for Texas Football Fan Day at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium on Saturday, April 26! This fan-friendly event kicks off at 9 a.m. with the annual Team Shop Fire Sale and is packed with thrilling activities, exclusive merchandise, and the chance to get autographs from your favorite Longhorn football players and experience Campbell-Williams Field. Best of all, admission is FREE!
Football Fan Day Highlights:
Team Shop Fire Sale (9 a.m. – 2 p.m.)
Don't miss the largest fire sale in Texas Athletics history! Beginning at 9 a.m., the Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop Fire Sale will offer an exclusive selection of apparel and merchandise that has previously only been available to student-athletes and coaches. From sizes XS to 5XL, there's something for every fan! Plus, get your hands on special items like Nike Kevin Durant (KD), Kyrie Irving and Paul George shoes, authentic football and basketball jerseys, polos, and even duffel bags. Located inside the East Side concourse, access is first-come, first-served via Gate 28D.
Texas Gameday Street Fest (10 a.m. – 2 p.m.)
The action continues outside with the Texas Gameday Street Fest starting at 10 a.m. on DeLoss Dodds Way at the north end of the stadium. This fan-filled street festival will feature some of your favorite attractions from Bevo Blvd pres. by H-E-B, Smokey's Midway pres. by Conecuh Sausage, and Hook 'Em Hangout! Get your adrenaline going on the giant Ferris wheel, climbing wheel, or Midway fun slide. And don't forget to snap a photo with the iconic Golden Hat trophy and Cotton Holdings Lone Star Showdown trophy.
With over 10 craft beers on tap at Big Beertha and four food trucks offering a variety of tasty treats, you'll be fueled for all the fun!
Texas Football On-Field Experience (10 a.m. – 2 p.m.)
For the next generation of Longhorn fans, the Texas Football On-Field Experience is the place to be! Kids 12 and under can join the action on the field with activities like the 40-yard dash, agility drills, and a quarterback skills challenge. Legal guardians will be required to fill out a digital release form for all children participating in field activities.
Iconic Texas Traditions Bevo XV, Smokey the Cannon, Texas Cheer, Texas Pom, and Hook `Em will be available for photo ops from Noon- 2 p.m.
To access the field, please enter Gates 14 or 16 for direct access to the field.
Player Autographs and Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Photo Ops (12:15 p.m. approximately)
Join your favorite football players for autographs on Campbell-William Field! In order to accommodate as many fans as possible, fans may choose to enter autograph lines at either Gate 8 or Gate 25. A single queue will form at each line and gates will open at 10 a.m. for fans to come inside the stadium. Autographs will begin at approximately 12:15 p.m. and will take place for 90 minutes. Each fan will receive an official 2025 Texas Football poster to be signed (one poster per person). Please note: no outside items will be allowed for autographs.
In addition, fans can get photo ops with Coach Steve Sarkisian and the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl trophy in the south tunnel on the field!
Event Timeline:
- 9 a.m. – Team Shop Fire Sale opens outside Gate 28D
- 10 a.m. – Interactive activities, food trucks, and photo ops open on DeLoss Dodds Way
- 10 a.m. – Gates 8 and 25 open for autograph line queue
- 10 a.m. – On-Field Experiences for kids ages 12 and under and Campbell-Williams Field photo ops (enter through Gates 14 or 16)
- Noon-2 p.m. – Photo ops with Bevo XV, Smokey the Cannon, Texas Cheer, Texas Pom, and Hook `Em on the field
- 12:15 p.m. – Football Player Autographs and Photo Ops with Coach Sark begin
- 2 p.m. – Event ends
Additional Information:
- Parking: Complimentary parking will be available courtesy of Texas Athletics in the San Jacinto Garage beginning at 8 a.m.as well as inside the Manor Garage for cars parked prior to noon.
