Stephens Cup History: The Longhorns competed in this event in 2023 and 2025. In 2023 Lauren Kim captured individual medalist honors. The team finished runner-up. Last year Texas finished fourth in stroke play and beat Oregon 3-2 in match play.

O'Keefe, Kim named to ANNIKA Award Preseason Watch List: The Haskins Foundation announced the ANNIKA Award Preseason Watch List presented by Stifel. Texas women's golfers Farah O'Keefe and Lauren Kim landed on the 25-player watch list. O'Keefe won the ANNIKA Award in 2026 to become the first Texas women's golfer to win it in the 13 year history of the award.

4 Longhorns earn preseason All-America honors from Golf Channel: Four Texas women's golfers were named to the Golf Channel preseason All-America list. Farah O'Keefe on First Team, Lauren Kim on Second Team, Charlotte Naughton on Third Team and Isla McDonald-O'Brien earned honorable mention.

2025-26 Season Recap: In the 2025-26 season, Laura Ianello led the Longhorns to three tournament wins, including the NCAA Regional Championship. This marked six tournament titles in two seasons for Texas. The Longhorns made their 34th appearance in the NCAA Championship and their 10th straight. Farah O'Keefe won the individual NCAA Championship, ANNIKA Award, WGCA Player of the Year, Golfweek Player of the Year and Honda Award for women's golf. The Longhorn had three First Team All-SEC players with O'Keefe, Lauren Kim and Cindy Hsu. The trio of O'Keefe, Kim and Hsu earned WGCA and Golfweek All-America honors.
