Patrick Suddes was named to the position of Director of Player Personnel at Texas in March 2013. Prior to coming to Texas, Suddes spent six seasons at his alma mater, Alabama, including the last five as associate director of football operations.
In his role, Suddes serves as the point person on all of the Longhorns’ recruiting efforts, as well as coordinating the Texas Football camps and High School Coaches Clinic.
Prior to his time in football operations, Suddes served one year as associate director of recruiting and video services where he oversaw all day-to-day recruiting operations. He also spent two seasons (2005-06) under Nick Saban with the Miami Dolphins.
