Bio
A two-year player … moved from quarterback to defensive back in the spring of 2014 ... was a two-time all-district punter and an all-district quarterback his senior year at Converse Judson High School.
SENIOR (2014)
Played in one game ... saw his first-career game action against Arkansas in the Texas Bowl, playing on the kickoff coverage team.
JUNIOR (2013)
Earned scout team defensive player of the week leading up to the Texas Tech game .. joined the team at the beginning of the season.
Coached by Jim Rackley at Converse Judson High School … three-year letterwinner and two-year starter at QB/punter ... All-District 27-5A quarterback his senior year (2009) ... two-time all-district punter … recorded 2,200 career passing yards and 23 touchdowns with no interceptions (school record) … posted 1,200 passing yards and 15 touchdowns as a senior and 1,000 passing yards with eight TD passes as a junior … also was the all-district pitcher and outfielder as a senior ... an all-city pitcher as a junior.
