SENIOR (2014)
Suffered a torn ACL in the preseason and missed the season.
Played in two games ... missed the first five games due to injury ... earned offensive scout team player of the week leading up to the Oklahoma game ... returned from injury prior to the Red River Rivalry game, but did not see action ... saw first action of the year against Texas Tech and also saw time vs. Oregon in the Alamo Bowl.
Appeared in eight games as a reserve wideout/tight end, as well as on special teams ... second-team Academic All-Big 12 selection ... played in the first five games ... did not see action vs. Oklahoma ... missed the Baylor, Kansas and Texas Tech games with an ankle injury ... returned to action vs. Iowa State, seeing significant time on offense ... also played vs. TCU and Kansas State ... did not see time vs. Oregon State in the Alamo Bowl.

Coached by Scott Peach at Arlington High School … two-time all-district performer at quarterback and wide receiver … ranked as the 65th-best wide receiver by ESPNU … rated as the fifth-best athlete by Dave Campbell’s Texas Football … a member of the Austin American-Statesman’s The Fabulous 55, recognizing the state’s top prospects … three-year starter who tallied 90 catches for 1,239 yards and 16 TDs, 1,548 yards rushing and 21 TDs and passed for 1,267 yards and 12 TDs, helping Arlington compile a 26-12 record … tabbed second-team all-district 4-5A as a senior … helped lead Arlington to a 7-4 record and the first round of the state playoffs … completed 98 of 170 passes for 1,267 yards and 12 TDs and rushed for 1,524 yards and 21 TDs while serving as the team’s quarterback … also caught one pass for 17 yards … passed for 202 yards and one TD while rushing for 170 yards against Arlington Martin … passed for 128 yards and one TD while rushing for 264 yards and three TDs in a 35-7 win over Arlington Lamar … named third-team Dave Campbell’s Texas Football preseason Super Team … played in the ESPN RISE Champion Gridiron Kings game prior to his senior season … earned second-team all-district 4-5A honors as a junior … caught 46 passes for 585 yards and 10 TDs while completing one pass for 21 yards … helped lead Arlington to a 11-3 record, a co-district championship and an appearance in the fourth round of the state playoffs … named a Fort Worth Nike Camp Standout … helped lead Arlington to a 8-5 record and an appearance in the third round of the state playoffs as a sophomore … tallied 43 catches for 637 yards and six TDs while rushing for 24 yards … two-year letterman in track and lettered in basketball as a junior.
