A four-year kicker who played in all 51 games during his career … served as the No. 1 place-kicker and kickoff specialist in 2014 and 2015 … served as the No. 1 kickoff specialist and a reserve place-kicker in both 2012 and 2013 … a former walk-on who was placed on scholarship before the 2013 season … finished his career with 152 points on 27-of-38 field goals and 71-of-74 PATs … also kicked off 281 times with 153 touchbacks, including 91-of-124 in his last two seasons (73.4%) during which time opponents return just 27 kickoffs … the 12 (2015) and 15 (2014) opponent returned kickoffs were the fewest in the nation in back-to back years … one of 13 kickers in UT history with two or more made field goals of 50-plus yards … a member of the inaugural Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team (2012-13).
SENIOR (2015)
Served as both the No. 1 kickoff specialist and place-kicker in all 12 games … converted on 13-of-17 field-goal attemps, including nine of his last 10, and 38-of-39 PATs … recorded touchbacks on 47-of-63 kickoffs (74.6%) … opponents returned just 12 kickoffs during the season, the fewest in the nation for the second-straight year … opened the season with a 41-yard field goal at Notre Dame … converted 6-of-6 PATs and produced touchbacks on 6-of-7 kickoffs versus Rice … made a 27-yard field goal and 5-of-6 PATs with touchbacks on 6-of-7 kickoffs against Cal … connected on field goals of 41 and 46 yards, 3-of-3 PATs and 6-of-6 touchbacks on kickoffs versus Oklahoma State … knocked through a 27-yard field goal and all three PATs with two touchbacks against Oklahoma … registered a 28-yard field goal and two PATs versus Kanasa State … converted a 29-yard field goal and all eight PATs to set a season high with 11 points, while recording touchbacks on 8-of-10 kickoffs against Kansas … was named the team’s Special Teams Player of the Week for his performance … connected on field goals of 31 and 34 yards with two PATs and 5-of-5 touchbacks on kickoffs at West Virginia … made a 32-yard field goal and six PATs against Texas Tech … tied the Big 12 season high for FG attempts in a game with four at Baylor, making three of them, including a career-long 53 yarder that also tied the conferece season-long … named the team Special Teams Player of the Week for his performance against the Bears, which also included touchbacks on all six kickoffs.
JUNIOR (2014)
