FALL (2022)
• Registered a 7-4 record in singles and 5-4 in doubles, including 3-3 with Siem Woldeab and 2-1 with Chih Chi Huang
• Won his first three singles contests and six of his first seven
• Played in the ITA All-American Championships with Eshan Talluri and were edged by No. 40 Phillip Jordan and Kai Brady of UCSB, 7-6 (6), 5-7, 1-0 (10)
• Won the Green Draw doubles title with Siem Woldeab with a 3-0 record at the Commodore Invitational, including one win against Ole Miss and two against Vanderbilt
• Fell in his first singles match at the Commodore Invitational, but won the next three
• Went 3-0 in singles at the Southern Intercollegiate Championships
AS A SOPHOMORE (2022)
• Went 1-1 in singles in the spring, along with 5-4 in doubles
• Posted two victories in the NCAA Tournament with Chih Chi Huang against Mario Duron and Francisco Gay of Idaho (6-2) and Ben Koch and Nick Watson of LSU (7-5) in 4-0 sweeps, while coming up just short in a tiebreaker of the deciding match of doubles at No. 3 against Ondrej Styler and Jacob Bickersteth at No. 5 Michigan, 7-6 (5)
• Came up just shy with Chih Chi Huang in a tiebreaker in the deciding match of doubles at No. 3 against Adrian Boitan and Tadeas Paroulek of No. 4 Baylor, 7-6 (7), in the Big 12 semifinals
• Partnered with Chih Chi Huang for two wins against Leighton Allen and Francisco Pini of Oklahoma State, 6-3 and 7-5, with the second clinching doubles in the Big 12 quarterfinals
• Played in his first dual match of the season against UTRGV and paired with Evin McDonald for a 6-0 shutout of Misha Kvantaliani and Michael Davis at No. 3, along with a 6-1, 6-1 win against Davis at No. 6
FALL (2021)
• Competed in the three singles and two doubles matches at the Southern Intercollegiate Championships
AS A FRESHMAN/ADDITIONAL (2021)
• Played doubles in one dual match with Payton Holden against UIW, but it went unfinished with a 5-2 lead over Arnau Miralles and Noah De Luna at No. 3
• Compiled a 4-0 doubles record with four different partners at the Alabama Spring Shootout, including Nevin Arimilli, Payton Holden, Leighton Allen and Jacob Bullard
FALL (2020)
• Posted a 4-5 record in singles and a 5-6 mark in doubles in fall play
• Won two singles matches at the Big 6 Invite against Texas Tech, including 3-6, 6-4, 6-0 over Francisco Vittar, and 6-1, 6-2 over Justin Bloss
• Took one singles and one doubles match at the ITA Texas Regionals with a 6-1, 6-4 win over Alejandro Hayen of UT-Arlington, and an 8-5 win with Chih Chi Huang against Lamar
• Went 3-0 in doubles at the TCU Invite with three different partners, including 8-7 (5) with Leighton Allen over Finn Bass and Sebastian Nothhaft of Baylor, and two 8-4 wins with Nevin Arimilli over Luc Fomba and Max Kurzban of TCU, and with Siem Woldeab over Welsh Hotard and Alex Martinez of Oklahoma, along with downing Eduardo Roldan of TCU, 6-4, 0-6, 6-4
• Defeated Mason Beiler and Justin Schlageter of Oklahoma, 8-3, with Micah Braswell at the Lakes Tennis Invite
AS A FRESHMAN (2020)
• Compiled a 5-0 record with three singles and two doubles wins at the Miami Invitational
FALL (2019)
• Registered records of 4-7 in singles and 3-4 in doubles in the fall
• Picked up one singles and one doubles win at the ITA Texas Regionals
• Posted a 2-2 singles record and 1-2 doubles mark at the Southern Intercollegiate Championships
• Earned one singles and one doubles win with Nevin Arimilli at the Ivy Plus Invitiational
BEFORE TEXAS
• Top-five player in both singles and doubles in Southern California
• Paired with Siem Woldeab to win the doubles title at the 2018 18s Southern California Sectional Championships where he also reached the Round of 16 in singles
• Partnered with Woldeab to earn a Silver Ball in doubles at the 2018 USTA 16s in Kalamazoo
• Won the consolation bracket at the 2018 USTA National L3 in Surprise, Ariz.
• Was the 2017 16s Southern California Sportsman of the Year
