2013-14 (SOPHOMORE)
• Big 12 regular season champion at No. 5 singles with a 5-0 record against league competition.
• Led the team in singles wins during dual match play (20).
• Reached 48 career singles wins through just two years as a Longhorn after posting a record of 26-7 as a sophomore, including a 20-3 mark in dual match play … went 18-3 at the No. 5 singles position.
• Notched two wins over ranked opponents -- Rice’s 108th-ranked Adam Gustafsson (6-3, 6-3) and Georgia’s 109th-ranked Nick Wood (6-4, 6-3).
• Defeated Texas Tech’s Hugo Dojas (5-7, 6-4, 7-5) at the USTA/ITA Texas Regional Championships (Oct. 20).
• Ended the season on a nine-match winning streak.
2012-13 (FRESHMAN)
• Recorded a 22-11 singles record and 7-13 doubles record … held a 14-7 dual-match singles record, including a 10-5 mark at No. 5 singles.
• Won six of his first seven singles matches … went on a five-match singles winning streak during dual match play.
• Earned two wins over nationally-ranked opponents, including Virginia’s 75th-ranked Harrison Richmond on March 15.
• Clinched two team wins with singles victories over Penn State’s Roman Trkulja (March 7) and North Carolina’s Oystein Steiro (March 12).
• Played five doubles matches with Jacoby Lewis (4-1) and six doubles matches with Chris Camillone (1-5).
• In his first event as a Longhorn, advanced to the finals of the Racquet Club Collegiate Invitational in Midland, Texas.
BEFORE TEXAS
• Ranked as high as No. 13 nationally among high school seniors by TennisRecruiting.net … ranked as high as No. 200 in the ITF world junior rankings.
• Placed third in the doubles draw at the 2011 USTA National Clay Court Championships … took fourth place in the singles and doubles draws at the 2011 USTA Spring Nationals in Mobile, Ala. … claimed four ITF junior doubles titles … runner-up in an ITF Grade I doubles event in Venezuela.
• 2012 Texas UIL 5A state singles runner-up.
