2012-13 (JUNIOR)
• Posted a 20-17 overall singles record and 13-10 overall doubles record … played seven matches at No. 2 singles (4-3) and 10 matches at No. 4 singles (6-4) during the dual match season.
• Ranked as high as No. 96 in the ITA singles rankings (April 9) … ranked as high as No. 50 in the ITA doubles rankings (Feb. 12) with Daniel Whitehead.
• Featured two singles wins against nationally-ranked opponents … defeated Texas A&M’s 76th-ranked Shane Vinsant in straight sets (6-4, 6-4) in the second round of the NCAA Championship in College Station … upset No. 1 Virginia’s 12th-ranked Mac Styslinger in three sets (4-6, 6-4, 6-4) in Austin on March 15.
• Went on a seven-match singles winning streak during dual play … featured a 7-2 record in singles play in home matches.
• Held a 3-0 doubles record with Chris Camillone during Big 12 play.
• Reached the semifinals of the USTA/ITA Texas Regionals Championships in Fort Worth, Texas … lost to eventual champion and teammate Daniel Whitehead (6-3, 7-6).
2011-12 (SOPHOMORE)
• Big 12 regular season champion at No. 3 singles ... held a 3-2 singles record during conference play at the No. 3 postion.
• Outlasted North Carolina’s Esben Hess-Olesen (twin brother of UT’s Soren Hess-Olesen) by a 6-4, 0-6, 7-6 (2) count at No. 3 singles in Texas’ 5-2 win over the Tar Heels on their indoor home courts.
• Forced top-ranked Mitchell Frank of Virginia to a third set at No. 3 singles before falling 6-2, 3-6, 1-0 (10-3).
• Posted a 6-2, 6-2 win over Texas Tech’s Rafael Garcia at No. 3 singles in UT’s 4-0 win over the Red Raiders in the second round of the ITA Kick-Off Weekend event.
• Dealt Rice’s Sam Garforth-Bles a 7-6 (5), 6-0 defeat at No. 3 singles in UT’s 5-2 road win over the Owls.
• Held on for a 6-0, 3-6, 6-3 win over SMU’s Tobias Flood at No. 3 singles in Texas’ 5-2 road win over the Mustangs.
• Won all three of his matches at the Key Biscayne Quad, as he defeated Virginia’s Steven Rooda (6-4, 6-0), Michigan’s Michael Zhu (6-0, 6-3) and LSU’s Stefan Szacinski (6-0, 6-2).
• Won his singles flight at the Southwest Shootout, where he defea ted teammate Alex Hilliard in the finals, 6-4, 6-2; also defeated TCU’s Paul Chappell (4-6, 6-4, 6-4) and Rice’s Michael Nusslein (7-5, 6-2) at the Southwest Shootout.
• Won consolation-round matches against Baylor’s Kike Grangeiro (6-1, 6-3), Lamar’s Gabriel Aboitiz (retired) and UT Arlington’s Soren Goritzka (6-3, 4-6, 1-0) at the ITA Texas Regional Championships.
• Defeated Southern Illinois’ Stan Rodier (6-0, 6-2) in the pre-qual- ifying draw’s round of 128 at the ITA All-American Championships.
• Posted wins over Notre Dame’s Blas Moros (6-4, 6-2) and Illinois’ Tim Kopinski (4-6, 6-2, 6-4) at the Olympia Fields Fighting Illini Invitational.
2010-11 (FRESHMAN)
• Posted a 16-9 overall singles record, including an 8-6 mark in dual matches.
• Totaled a 7-3 overall doubles record.
• Defeated UMKC’s Cameron Schoenhofer in straight sets at fifth singles (7-5, 6-1) in Texas’ 4-0 win over the Kangaroos at the NCAA Championship.
• Posted a 6-2, 6-3 win over Nebraska’s Eric Sock at sixth singles in UT’s 4-1 win over the Cornhuskers in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 Championship.
• Notched a 6-3, 6-3 win over Texas Tech’s Raphael Pfister at sixth singles in Texas’ 5-2 home win over the Red Raiders.
• Helped Texas to a 6-1 win at Oklahoma State with a three-set win (6-4, 6-7[6], 1-0 [4]) over the Cowboys’ Tomas Patino.
• Defeated Texas A&M-Corpus Christi’s Gergo Weidinger 93-6, 6-3, 1-0 [7]) at sixth singles in Texas’ 7-0 win over the Islanders.
• Posted a 6-4, 6-1 win over SMU’s Adham el-Effendi at sixth singles to help Texas to a 6-1 win over the Mustangs.
• Helped Texas win its ITA Kick-Off Weekend matches against Hawaii and Rice with wins over the Warriors’ Dmytro Kovalyov (6-0, 6-3) and the Owls’ Christian Saravia (6-4, 6-3), both at No. 6 singles.
• Went 3-0 at the Key Biscayne Invitational with victories over LSU’s Tom Knights (6-4, 6-2), Michigan’s Barrett Franks (6-2, 6-4) and Denver’s Yannick Weihs (6-2, 6-4).
• Reached the main draw singles quarterfinals at the Texas Invitational with wins over Miami’s Christian Blocker (6-4, 6-4) and Marquette’s Dan Mamalat (6-2, 6-4).
• Defeated Texas Tech’s David Pace (7-6[8], 6-1) in the opening round of the ITA Texas Regional Championship.
• Posted wins over UT Arlington’s Lucas Leppin (6-4, 6-1) and Mindaugas Celedinas (7-5, 5-7, 6-1) at the Rice Fall Invitational.
BEFORE TEXAS
• Ranked as high as No. 2 among junior players in India and No. 46 in the ITF world junior rankings.
