OUTDOOR: Helped Texas finished third in the 4x800 relay (7:33.88) and fourth in the DMR (9:51.14) at the Texas Relays... Ran a personal best in both the 800m (1:47.25) and the 1500m (3:43.48) at the Bryan Clay Invitational.... Won the 1500-meter at the Texas Invitational with a personal best time of 3:41.88...
INDOOR: Opened his season winning the 800-meter at the Rod McCravy Memorial with hist time of 1:47.39 and improved his time at No. 4 on the UT All-Time Performer List... Added the 10th-fastest time in the 800m dash in UT history at 1:47.49 to finish second at the John Thomas Terrier Classic and ran the mile in 4:08.56... Ran the 800m in 1:49.14 at the Eagle Elite Invite... Competed in the 600-yard and the DMR at the Big 12 Championships... Finished 14th in the 800m prelims at the NCAA Indoor Championships with his time of 1:52.07.
2022-23 (Sophomore):
INDOOR: Won the mile at the Cardinal Classic with his time of 4:04.19
Cross Country: Opened his cross country season at the Cowboy Jamboree and finished the 8K with a time of 25:11.1... Finished the 8K at the Big 12 Championships in 26:06.8....
2021-22 (Freshman)
INDOOR: Was part of the NCAA-leading DMR team that finished with a time of 9:37.58 at the Clemson Invitational and won the men's 800m with a time of 1:48.64... Finished third in the 800m at the Red Raider Open with a time of 1:48.86, the No. 7 time in the NCAA... Ran his first collegiate mile at the Camel City Invitational with a time of 4:22.75... Ran a personal-best time in the 1000m at the Big 12 Championships to finish second with a time of 2:22.99... Finished 15th in the 800m with a time of 1:51.56 and helped Texas to its first NCAA Team Title at the NCAA Indoor Championships.
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in his first race of the season at the FSU Invite in the 8K and finished with a time of 24:16.6... Competed at the Big 12 Championships in the 8K and finished with a time of 26:25.4 where the Longhorns finished third overall for the fourth straight season... Helped Texas match its best finish at the NCAA Championships (14th) with his time of 32:42.4 in the 10K to close out the cross country season.
Prior to Texas: Lettered all four years at Katy High School in both cross country and track and field... In 2019 was the 1600m Texas State Champion runner-up, finished third in the Texas state 3200m run and was named to the All-State cross country team... Named to the TTFCA All-Decade team in the 1600m and was a nine-time district champion... While at the Air Force Academy school, Lindhorst set the school record in the mile at 3:59.28.
Personal: Son of Chris and Grace Lindhorst who both ran track and cross country at the United States Air Force Academy... Brother to Riley Lindhorst... Born in San Antonio.
