Cross Country: Made his Texas debut by winning the 5K at the Southwestern-Concordia Opener with his time of 14:51.2... Finished third at the Cowboy Jamboree in the 6K with his time of 23:44.6 as the top Texas finisher... Was the top finisher for UT at the 2023 Cowboy Jamboree in the 8K A race with his time of 23:45.0, finishing 17th... Top Texas finisher for fourth-straight meet, finishing fourth at the Big 12 Championships with a PB time of 22:57.6 in the 8K... Finished third at the NCAA South Central Region in the 10K with his time of 28:44.6 to help Texas reach the NCAA Championships... Was the top finisher for Texas at the NCAA Championships, finishing 11th in the 10K with his time of 29:14.1 and led Texas to a 7th place team finish and became the 22nd Cross Country All-American in Texas history.

- Second at the 2019 New Jersey Meet of Champions indoor two-mile final in 8:54.45, the No. 3 time in state indoor history
- Within 24 hours in June, 2018, placed third in the two-mile at the Brooks PR Invitational near Seattle in 8:53.26 and won the New Jersey Meet of Champions 3,200 in 8:58.58
- Six-time Meet of Champions champion: two in cross country, three in the outdoor 3,200, and one in the indoor two mile
