Outdoor: Won the 2000m steeplechase at the Longhorn Invitational with his time of 5:48.93... Finished the 1500m in 4:09.93 at the USF Bulls Invitational... Ran a PB in the 3000m steeplechase at the 95th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays with a time of 9:13.16 to finish ninth... Finished 10th at the Mt. Sac Relays in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:13.40... Scored one team point at the Big 12 Championships in the 3000-meter steeplechase with his PB time of 9:10.16 and also competed in the 5K.

CROSS COUNTRY: Finished fourth at the Tornado Watch Invitational in the 5K with a time of 15:12.5 to help the men's team score a perfect 15 points... Was the fifth Longhorn to cross the finish line at the Cowboy Jamboree with his time of 25:00.7 in the 8K to help the men's team finish fourth... Was the final scorer for the Longhorns at the Big 12 Championships helping the team to a third-place finish for the fourth season in a row with his time of 25:39.9 in the 8K... Ran the 10K at the NCAA South Central Regional in 31:36.2 to help Texas defend its 2019 title.
2020-21 (Freshman)
OUTDOOR: Ran a personal-best time in the 5000-meter in 14:37.67 to finish second at the Longhorn Invitational... Competed in the 10,000-meter at the Texas Relays and finished with a time of 31:03.76... Ran the 3000-meter at the dual meet against Texas A&M in a time of 8:22.86... Finished fourth at the Texas Invitational in the 5000-meter with a time of 14:57.57.
INDOOR: Did not compete.
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in both cross country meets of the 2021 season... Began his collegiate career with a season-best time of 24:33.0 in the 8K at the Arturo Barrios Invitational... Competed in the 8K at the Big 12 Championships and finished with a time of 24:52.6.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in cross country and track all four years … named the Gatorade Oklahoma Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year in 2018-19 … earned All-Southwest Preparatory Conference honors for cross country as a junior and senior … also did so in track as a sophomore (honorable mention) and junior … named the Casady Cross Country MVP in 11th and 12th grade, and the Track and Field MVP in 10th and 11th grade.
