Rowed for Deerfield Academy in Deerfield, Mass. … placed second in the fours as the third seat at the 2019 New England Interscholastic Rowing Association (NEIRA) Championships … was a tri-varsity athlete for the Big Green … member of the National Honor Society.

“I chose Texas because of its perfect combination of competitive athletics and academics. Texas has immense school spirit and sense of community on campus.”
What led you to pursue rowing and what do you love most about it?
“I originally attended Deerfield Academy with the hope of playing college basketball one day, but then I started rowing my junior year and absolutely fell in love with the sport. What I love the most is the sense of accomplishment that you get after finishing a hard workout and being able to train with such an amazing group of powerful, strong and encouraging people.”
