Why Texas?
“I chose Texas because, like many rowers at local clubs, the Texas girls had always been role models for me throughout my high school rowing career. The opportunity to join this team and work towards its success is an amazing honor and privilege.”
What led you to pursue rowing and what do you love most about it?
“After being inspired by watching my dad on the water each morning throughout my childhood, I thought I should give it a go. What I love most about this sport is that it creates communities built on using great challenges as a means of positive growth as an athlete and as a person.”
