Started and played in 14 matches for a total of 1,223 minutes before suffering a season-ending knee injury during a 2-0 win over Kansas (Oct. 9) ... Scored three goals and dished five assists during the campaign for 11 total points on 14 shots (three on frame) ... Was credited with a helper on Jilly Shimkin’s goal at the 57:28 mark of the victory over Kansas ... Posted five total points via her first collegiate brace (two goals) and an assist during the 4-0 rout of Kansas State (Oct. 6) ... Managed single assists in consecutive triumphs against Texas Southern (Sept. 15) and UTRGV (Sept. 11) ... Delivered the key pass on Liz Worden’s first Texas goal and scored at 67:00 of the 5-0, season-opening rout of Lipscomb (Aug. 18).
SENIOR (2021)
Was on the pitch for 1,478 total minutes over 20 matches with 15 starts ... Registered a goal and dished an assist for three points on 19 total shots (six on frame) ... Played over 100 minutes in four separate matches (vs. West Virginia - Big 12, West Virginia, at Baylor, at Rice) and all 290 possible minutes during Texas’ run to the Big 12 Championship final ... Managed the decisive penalty kick to knock-off West Virginia (Nov. 4) in a shootout (4-3) and send the Longhorns on to the Big 12 Championship final ... Picked up her fifth-career assist by starting the play that led to Lexi Missimo’s 56th minute goal during the 2-0 win at Kansas (Oct. 28) ... Headed home a goal from the top of the six-yard box at 70:10 to boost Texas’ lead to six tallies in an eventual 7-0 rout of UTRGV (Sept. 12) ... JUNIOR (2020-21)
Started eight of 12 matches played during the COVID-19 split season for a total of 666 minutes ... Brooks tied for third on the squad with three goals while adding one assist for seven points on 26 shots (12 on frame) ... Scored the match-winning goal to beat Baylor (Oct. 30) for the second-straight season by tickling the twine just 4:24 in ... Put together her second career three-point effort with a goal and an assist during the 7-0 rout of Kansas State (Oct. 9) ... Dished an assist on Cydney Billups’ seventh minute goal during the NCAA First Round match at No. 22 Texas A&M (Nov. 15) ... Registered a career-high nine shots over 101 minutes of playing time during the 0-0 (2OT) tie against TCU (Nov. 3) in the Big 12 Soccer Championship quarterfinals ... Managed her first career “golden goal” by receiving a pass, sealing off a defender and scoring from nine yards out to down Oklahoma (Oct. 31) on the road, 3-2 (2OT) ... Tallied her first career goal at the 48:17 mark, and dished a key assist, to help lead Texas past Baylor (Oct. 18) in Waco, 2-1 ... Played 90 minutes in the backline during the season-opening, 4-3 victory over Gonzaga (Aug. 22).
FRESHMAN (2018)
Played a combined 288 minutes over 11 matches with four shots (two on goal) ... Was on the pitch for 41 minutes at No. 16 West Virginia (Oct. 7) and 38 minutes at Iowa State (Oct. 5) ... Fired a single shot in 39 minutes of action during the 1-1 (2OT) tie at Oklahoma State (Sept. 28) ... Earned her first 20 Big 12 Conference minutes as a sub during the 2-1 (OT) win over Baylor (Sept. 21) ... Picked up the first assist of her career via a headed pass on Katie Glenn’s match-winner at 73:53 of the 2-1 victory over UTRGV (Sept. 14) ... Registered her first two career shots and her first shot on goal in 23 minutes of action during the 4-0 rout of Houston Baptist (Sept. 9) ... Reaped 60 minutes of time off the bench during the 5-0 blasting of Stephen F. Austin (Sept. 2) and received her first five playing minutes as a sub in the season-opening, 3-0 win at Rice (Aug. 17).
CLUB/INTERNATIONAL
Ranked No. 58 in Top Drawer Soccer’s 2017 Girls IMG Academy Top 150 as well as the third-ranked player overall in Texas, she owns valuable national team experience having received call-ups to the U.S. Soccer Under-18 National Team training camp in May 2018 (Chula Vista, Calif.) and U.S. Under-16 National Team training camps in Portland, Ore. (May 2015) and Chula Vista, Calif. (April 2015) as well as the U.S. Soccer Under-14 National Team camp in Portland, Ore. (June 2014) … She reaped id2 Camp experience in 2013 & 2014 and was named to Top Drawer Soccer’s Best XI at the U.S. Club id2 Camp in Dec. 2013 … With Lonestar SC, Brooks was a part of the ECNL Player Development Program (2016), helped her squad advance to the 2015 ECNL U-15 Top 32 Champions League Draw in Seattle, Wash., and to championships at the Austin Labor Day Classic Invitational in 2013 & 2014.
HIGH SCHOOL
A multiple-year letter-winner for Cedar Ridge H.S. in Round Rock, Brooks was honored as a 2016-17 Region II-6A All-State Second Team selection, picked up a pair of nods to the District 13-6A All-District First Team (2016-17, 2015-16) and was named the 2016-17 District 13-6A Most Valuable Midfielder while totaling 27 career goals and 19 total assists … As a junior, she scored 16 goals and dished six assists while powering Cedar Ridge to its second Region II Bi-District title in three seasons … As a freshman starter at defender and forward, Brooks helped her interscholastic squad to a District 13-6A championship as well as Bi-District and area crowns.
