SENIOR (2021)
Scored four goals, including the match-winner to top Oklahoma State (Oct. 24) on “Senior Day,” and dished two assists for 10 total points on 31 shots (16 shots on goal) ... Played in 22 matches with 15 starts while on the pitch for 1,647 minutes ... Registered her first two career braces over a three-match span in wins over Oklahoma (Big 12 quarterfinals - Oct. 31) and Oklahoma State (Oct. 24) ... Picked up an assist on Lexi Missimo’s eventual match-winning goal at the 42:00 mark of the 2-0 victory over Iowa State (Oct. 9) ... Managed four shots, two on frame, and dished a helper over 70 minutes of action as Texas routed New Mexico State (Sept. 2), 4-0.
JUNIOR (2020-21)
Played in 12 matches (11 starts) while seeing 882 total minutes of playing time and managing nine shots (six on goal) ... Scored two goals (fifth-most) to rate sixth on the squad in total scoring with four points ... Scored goals in consecutive matches during the spring portion of the COVID-19 split season by tickling the twine against Texas State (March 5, 2021) and at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (March 26, 2021) ... Played all 90 minutes in Big 12 contests against Kansas (Sept. 11), Oklahoma (Sept. 25), at West Virginia (Oct. 2), at Iowa State (Oct. 16), Baylor (Oct. 30) and at Texas Tech (Nov. 6).
SOPHOMORE (2019)
Appeared in 18 matches with 13 starts while playing 1,111 minutes ... Scored two goals and dished two assists for six total points on nine shots (five on frame) ... Managed a season-best three shots (one on goal) over 91 minutes of the 3-2 (2OT) win at Oklahoma (Oct. 31) ... Tallied a key goal at the 64:51 mark to help lead the Longhorns past Iowa State (Oct. 25), 3-2 ... Tickled the twine during the 66th minute of the 8-0 rout of Grambling State (Sept. 22) ... Picked up her first career assists (consecutive matches) on Haley Berg’s match-tying goal in the 38th minute of the 3-1 victory at Stephen F. Austin (Sept. 6) and on Kailey Smith’s winner just 46 seconds into the 3-0 blanking of Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Sept. 8).
FRESHMAN (2018)
Was tabbed to the Big 12 All-Freshman Team ... Played a combined 565 minutes over 19 matches (two starts) at Texas ... Managed two shots over 58 minutes as a starter in the 3-2 “Red River Showdown” victory over Oklahoma (Oct. 12) ... Started and played 51 minutes at Iowa State (Oct. 5), earned 62 minutes as a sub at No. 13 Oklahoma State and 46 minutes at No. 16 West Virginia (Oct. 7) ... In the first Big 12 match of her career, McFarland scored a key tying goal from a scrum inside the six-yard box at 56:40 of the eventual 2-1 (OT) win over Baylor (Sept. 21) ... Played 30 minutes off the bench during the 3-0 victory over Northern Colorado (Sept. 16) ... Made her first career shot and shot on goal count by cleaning up a ricochet off the crossbar from seven yards out at 61:48 to register her initial career match-winning score during the 2-1 win over Long Beach State (Aug. 30).
CLUB
She was a part of Solar Chelsea FC club squads that qualified for nationals each year from 2013-17, and played in the national championship match during her final season.
HIGH SCHOOL
A high school teammate of current Texas soccer defender Emma Jett, McFarland played alongside her future Longhorns teammate as part of the 2015 Coppell squad that won the University Interscholastic League (UIL) Texas 6A State Soccer Championship (beat Dallas Highland Park in the title match, 3-0) and posted a 28-0-3 record on the way to be named the SIMA Fab 50 National Champions … During that 2015 campaign, McFarland was honored as both the Dallas Morning News Newcomer of the Year and the District 7-6A Varsity Freshman of the Year … In her senior campaign at Coppell, she scored a pair of goals while dishing four assists.
