AS A GRADUATE STUDENT (2023-24)
- Won silver in the 400 IM (4:09.04), tied for fourth in the 200 back (1:56.14) and placed fifth in the 200 IM (1:57.98) at the Big 12 Championship
- Finished first in the 200 IM (1:57.96) and second in the 100 back (52.13) at SMU
- Won the 200 medley relay with Emma Kern, Emma Sticklen and Kelly Pash in 1:37.37 (28.32 breast) at SMU
- Won the 200 back with a swim of 1:54.76 at The Sterkel Classic
- Won the 100-meter back in 1:01.70 against TCU
- Finished third in the 100 breast (1:02.64) and fourth in the 200 back (1:55.89) at No. 17 Duke
- Took fourth in the 200 IM (1:57.48) at No. 10 NC State
- Placed sixth in the 200-meter backstroke (2:13.37) at the TYR Pro Swim Series stop in Knoxville.

- Ended the 2021-22 season ranked among Cal's all-time top 10 in four events - 200 back (9th, 1:52.67), 200 breast (5th, 2:09.82), 200 IM (6th, 1:53.58) and 400 IM (4th, 4:04.10)
- Her PR effort in the 200 breast led the Bears during the 2021-22 season
- At the 2022 NCAA Championships, placed 19th in the 200 IM (1:56.18), 17th in the 400 IM (4:08.59) and 34th in the 200 back (1:54.49)
- Reached the A final in two events at the 2022 Pac-12 meet, taking fourth in the 400 IM (4:09.27) and seventh in the 200 IM (1:57.37), while also finishing 15thin the 200 back (1:57.56). In addition, helped the 800 free erlay to a runner-up finish
- Captured the 2021 Pac-12 crown in the 200 IM (1:53.65), while also taking second in the 400 IM (4:04.22) and 200 back (1:52.67). In addition, handled the anchor leg on Cal's winning 800 free relay
- Set the Cal pool and dual-meet record in the 200 IM (1:53.58) vs. UCLA on Jan. 30, 2021, while she also established the Cal dual-meet mark (4:04.10, at Stanford, 11/21/20) and pool record (4:06.64, vs. USC, 1/31/21) in the 400 IM
- Placed third in the 200 IM (1:54.51) at the 2021 NCAA Championships, also taking 18th in the 200 back (1:53.94) and 22nd in the 400 IM (4:11.29). Helped the 800 free relay to a third-place finish
- Qualified for the 2020 NCAA Championships in both IM events
- The 2020 Pac-12 runner-up in the 400 IM (4:04.99), while also taking third in the 200 IM (1:55.85) and 11th in the 200 back (1:54.33). Anchored Cal's runner-up 800 free relay

- Named to Great Britain's Olympic team in the 200m IM for the Tokyo Games after securing a runner-up finish at the British Trials with a PR 2:09.61.
- Reached the final of the 200m IM at the Tokyo Olympics, where she placed eighth in 2:12.86
INTERNATIONAL
- Selected to Great Britain's team for the 2022 Commonwealth Games
- Earned a gold medal in the 200m IM at the 2019 World University Games in Naples, Italy, winning the final in 2:11.35
- At the 2021 British Swimming Trials, placed second in the 200m IM (2:09.61) and fifth in the 100m back (1:01.06)
- Represented Great Britain at the 2021 European Championships in Budapest
HIGH SCHOOL
- Took first place in the 200 IM at British Summer Nationals in 2018, while she was second in the 100 back
- Earned her school’s History Prize for being the most promising historian and the Greyhound Award for combined swimming and academic achievements
- Earned a bronze medal in the 200m IM (2:14.60) at 2017 European Junior Championships in Israel, while also reaching the semifinals in the 50m free, 100m free and 100m fly
- Collected three medals at the 2017 Commonwealth Youth Games in the Bahamas – 200m IM (gold), 50m fly (silver) and mixed 400m free relay (silver)
