Freshman Madison Pressel (77-75-76-73), Texas' final-round stroke average leader, also carded her best round on Friday morning with a 1-over 73. Entering the day tied for 84th place and with UT's largest 54-hole score, Pressel climbed 17 places on the leaderboard to finish tied for 67th at 13-over 301.
Freshman Desiree Dubreuil (79-76-72-75) and sophomore Nicole Vandermade (72-75-80-75) each recorded final-round scores of 3-over 75. The duo finished with identical 72-hole totals of 14-over 302 to tie for 76th place.

Post-tournament Quotes
Texas Head Coach Martha Richards
On Texas' performance in the NCAA Championships: Overall, I think we did really well this week. We were ranked No. 29 entering NCAA's, and to finish 16th exceeds the expectations that many people had for us. I'm proud of the young ladies on this year's Texas Women's Golf team. It's been a year that we should be very pleased with, and a great one to build on for the future. I'm very excited with what I saw and the future of this program.
