Baseball Gameday: Orange-White Fall World Series [Oct. 13]

Texas kicks off the Fall World Series Monday at 6 p.m.
AUSTIN, Texas – The Texas baseball team will play the first of three intrasquad scrimmages Monday at 6 p.m. at UFCU Disch-Falk Field.
Admission is free to each of the scrimmages and free parking will be provided in lot 104. The game will be televised on Longhorn Network - Alex Loeb (PbP), Keith Moreland (Analyst) and Greg Swindell (Analyst) have the call.
The Longhorns are coming off an appearance in the College World Series and return seven positional starters, as well as 10 pitchers, from last season's team. Senior RHP Parker French, who went 7-5 with a 2.41 ERA last season, is expected to see action for the Orange team on Monday. Freshman RHP Connor Mayes will start for the Orange squad, going against freshman RHP Tyler Schimpf of the White team.
