Strauss set to play at NCAA Championship

Senior Bertine Strauss will represent Texas as an individual at Concession Golf Club this weekend.
BRADENTON, Fla. – Senior Bertine Strauss will compete in the Women's Golf NCAA Championship beginning Friday, May 22 and continuing through Monday, May 25 at the Concession Golf Club.
Strauss advanced to the NCAA Championship after carding a 4-under par 212 at Briggs Ranch Golf Club in San Antonio, Texas on May 9. She has six finishes in the top-10, including a win at the Ping ASU Invitational in April.
Strauss will tee off with two additional individuals at 8:25 a.m. off the first tee on Friday and at 12:55 p.m. on Saturday.
Sunday's third-round tee times will be based upon scoring in the first two rounds.
All 24 teams and 12 individuals will complete 54 holes of stroke play. The top 15 teams and nine individuals not on an advancing team will advance for one additional day of stroke play to determine the top eight teams for match play and the 72-hole stroke play individual champion.
The Golf Channel will cover the final round on Monday, May 25.
