Spieth becomes the youngest player all-time to win the Masters and U.S. Open in a career.
UNIVERSITY PLACE, Wash. – Former Texas golfer Jordan Spieth won the U.S. Open on Sunday for his second major win this year after winning The Masters in April.

He is the youngest player to win the U.S. Open since Bob Jones in 1923, the sixth player to win the Masters and U.S. Open in the same year and first since Tiger Woods accomplished the feat in 2002.
Spieth shot 5-under par after carding a 68, 67, 71 and fourth-round 69 to win the 115th U.S. Open. He won by one stroke over Louis Oosthuizen and Dustin Johnson, who tied for second.
