Notes:
• Texas is coming off a pair of Big 12 Conference road matches, defeating Oklahoma 3-1 in Norman and Kansas State, 3-2 in Manhattan. Freshman Micaya White led the Longhorns in kills over the week with 46 (5.11/set) and in digs with 28 (3.11/set), senior Paulina Prieto Cerame led in hitting percentage at .373, senior Chloe Collins posted 110 assists (12.22/set), and sophomore Morgan Johnson led in blocks with 10 (1.11/set).
• The Longhorns have won 12-straight matches vs. Big 12 opponents at Gregory Gym dating back to October 25, 2014. They are 108-4 at home against Big 12 teams since 2004. The last time Texas lost more than one Big 12 match at home in a single season was 2003.
• Texas has been ranked in the top-5 of the AVCA Coaches Top-25 poll for 24-straight weeks, dating back to December 22, 2014. They have been ranked in the top-10 since October 18, 2010, for 95-straight weeks.
• White was named Big 12 Freshman of the Week for the fourth time in five weeks on Monday, Oct. 3. She is the third player in Texas Volleyball history to be named Freshman of the Week four or more times, joining Haley Eckerman (2011-14) and Michelle Kocher (2008-11). Eckerman earned the honor four times and Kocher five. She has been named Big 12 Freshman of the Week on Sept. 5, Sept. 12, Sept. 26 and Oct. 3.
