POST-MATCH COMMENTS
Texas associate head coach Bruce Berque
On today's match
Coach Center and I were pretty happy with today's match. We were impressed with the way our guys competed. They were ready to play in doubles from the beginning and got off to a good start. Wichita State played very well against us, and our guys responded and competed well. I think we got better from this match.
On improving to an 8-0 record at home
I think the players take a lot of pride in that. That's only going to get better and better as we head outdoors next week to play our matches closer to campus, where we can get more students and even more support. We're looking forward to having a big home crowd when we play Wake Forest on Saturday.
