Texas alum Rachael Adams helped lead Eczacibasi VitrA past Dinamo Moscow for the bronze medal.
AUSTIN, Texas – Longhorn Rachael Adams (2008-11) was named the Best Middle Blocker in the Champions League after Eczacibasi VitrA earned the bronze medal on Sunday.
Eczacibasi VitrA defeated Dinamo Moskova, 3-1 to place third overall in the championship tournament.
Adams had 14 kills and three blocks for 17 points in the match.
Eczacibasi VitrA has competed in the final four of the European Cup 12 times.
