No. 5 Volleyball falls to No. 4 BYU in NCAA Regional Final

Freshman Logan Eggleston led the Longhorns with 15 kills.
PROVO, Utah – No. 5 Texas Volleyball fell to BYU, 0-3 (23-25, 23-25, 21-25) at Smith Fieldhouse on Saturday night in the NCAA Regional Final.
Freshman Logan Eggleston led Texas with 15 kills, adding two blocks, two digs, and one service ace.
The Longhorns out-blocked the Cougars, 16.5-8, led by freshman Brionne Butler's nine, senior Yaasmeen Bedart-Ghani's eight, senior Morgan Johnson's seven, and junior Micaya White's five.
Butler added five kills (.400), Bedart-Ghani had seven (.235) and three digs, and White had a team-high seven digs and six kills.
Freshman Jhenna Gabriel finished with 31 assists, two blocks, and one ace and freshman Sydney Petersen recorded six digs.
