UT & ME: Monday's game will be preceded by the annual UT & ME expo aimed to empower girls in sports, in school, and in life. Student-athletes from various teams, including Texas Volleyball, Texas Softball, Texas Cheer and Texas Soccer will line the concourse with special activities. Fans who wish to participate can pick up a credential at the marketing table near section 44. Fans who complete their UT & ME credential will receive a free lunchbox while supplies last.

- No. 12 Texas concludes a stretch of three games in six days on Monday when it plays host to West Virginia. Tip-off in the Frank Erwin Center is slated for 7 p.m. CT and the game will be nationally televised by FS1. This will mark the start of Texas' second go-round through the Big 12 Conference's double-round-robin format.
- The Series: Texas and West Virginia meet for the 19th time in the history of the two programs with the Longhorns leading the all-time series 12-6. The Longhorns have won nine of the last 10 meetings between the two teams, including a 70-58 win earlier this season in Morgantown. Texas is 6-0 against West Virginia when the game is played in Austin.
- On The Boards: Texas ranks fifth nationally in rebound margin at +12.8. The Longhorns rank second in the Big 12 Conference with 868 total boards on the season and Texas is averaging 43.4 rebounds per game, which ranks 22nd nationally. The Longhorns have held or tied for the rebounding advantage in 18 of the 20 games they have played this season and 107 of the last 125 games overall. Texas also is 24th nationally in offensive rebounds per game at 16.0.
- Sug[ar] and Spice: Junior Sug Sutton, in her first season as her team's starting point guard, is one of the nation's top all-around floor leaders. Sutton, who has played in 88 career games, ranks 11th nationally in total assists with 113. She is also 23rd in the nation in assists per game at 5.7. She is filling up the stat sheet with 12.6 points per game, 5.3 rebounds per game, a 1.7 assist-to-turnover ratio and a field-goal percentage of 48.5. In league action only, she is the Big 12's only player to rank in the top-10 in the conference in points per game [15.6], assists per game [5.3] and field-goal percentage [53.5].
- Balance: Texas is benefiting from a balanced lineup this season. Seven Longhorns are averaging 6.0 points per game or better this season and eight different players have been the team's leading scorer in 20 games this year. There have been seven different starting lineups and nine active players have started at least one game. Six players are averaging 20 minutes per game or better.
- Up Next: Texas will now have three of its next four games on the road beginning next Saturday at Oklahoma. Tip-off is slated for 3 p.m. CT and the game will be televised by Fox Sports Southwest.
