Longhorn Divers earn NCAA Qualifications on Day 2 of Zones

Seven Texas divers have now qualified for NCAAs in two events
DALLAS, Texas - The Texas Divers continued their dominance on day two of the NCAA Zone D Championships at the Robson & Lindley Aquatics Center and Barr-McMillion Natatorium on the campus on SMU in Dallas.
Jordan Windle claimed his second title of the NCAA Zone D Diving Championships on Tuesday afternoon as he picked up the win in the 1m competition on Tuesday, following a 3m win on Monday. Windle scored a 771.90, winning by almost 50 points.
Grayson Campbell, Jacob Cornish, Andrew Harness and Andrew Gawin-Parigini also all qualified for the 2020 NCAA Championships by placing in the top nine. Campbell placed fourth with a score of 711.10, while Cornish, Harness and Gawin-Parigini finished sixth, seventh and ninth, respectively. Cornish scored a 635.75, Harness recorded a score of 633.20, and Gawin-Parigini scored a 603.85.
On the women's side, Alison Gibson picked up a victory in the 3m competition, scoring a 687.15 through 12 dives. Thirteen total divers qualified for the women's 3m out of Zone D.
Paola Pineda qualified for NCAA Championships in the 3m with a sixth-place score of 641.75, while Jordan Skilken and Morgan Menninger also qualified with 10th and 13th place finishes. Skilken scored a 586.10, while Menninger scored a 575.70.
Windle, Campbell, Cornish and Harness are now qualified in both the 1m and 3m on the men's side, while Gibson, Pineda and Menninger are qualified in both on the women's side.
