Men's Swimming and Diving earns 13 All-SEC honors

Texas claims seven First Team accolades in league's postseason awards.
AUSTIN, Texas – The Southeastern Conference announced the annual men's swimming & diving awards to conclude the 2025-26 season. The Longhorns earned 13 selections across the All-SEC and All-Freshman teams.
For the All-SEC Teams, the First Team consists of the top finisher in each event at the SEC Championships, the Second Team consists of the second-place finishers, and the Third Team consists of the third-place finishers. The All-Freshman Team consists of any redshirt or true freshman who finished either in the top eight or was the highest-scoring freshman in each event at the SEC Championships, excluding relay events.
Texas secured its 47th consecutive conference title at the 2026 SEC Championships, earning nine gold medals and 20 total podium finishes. In his second year on the Forty Acres, head coach Bob Bowman delivered the conference crown. The Longhorns have won 68 total conference titles (38 Southwest Conference, 28 Big 12 and 2 SEC).
Texas also won two consecutive NCAA Championships, with Bowman claiming three straight national titles dating to his 2024 championship at Arizona State. The Longhorns won individual titles in four events: the 800 freestyle, the 100 backstroke, the 200 backstroke and the 400 IM.
