No. 1 Men’s Swimming posts strong marks at Jingle Bell Splash

Texas won two races and had three top-three results.
AUSTIN, Texas – No. 1 Texas Men's Swimming recorded a pair of wins on Saturday at the Jingle Bell Splash on Saturday at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center.
The Longhorns were paced by freshman Marko Vujosevic, who won the 100 butterfly with a time of 49.55 and followed that with a runner-up result in the 50 free with a mark of 20.74.
Freshman Adam Fusti-Molnar picked up the victory in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 1:56.71.
Vujosevic was joined in the 50 free by sophomore Victor Tremblay, who placed fifth with a time of 21.36, and junior Trey Jackson, who finished sixth in 21.46.
The Longhorns will wrap up the 2021 portion of their schedule at the Jingle Bell Splash on Sunday. Prelims are slated to get underway at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center at 9 a.m. CT.
