STILLWATER, Okla. – No. 20 Texas led 31-17 but could not close it out on the road at No. 11 Oklahoma State as the Longhorns were defeated 41-34 on Saturday.

KEY STATISTICS
• After Oklahoma State got on the board first with a 48-yard field goal, Texas responded with a 42-yard touchdown run by Bijan Robinson to put the Longhorns up 7-3. The touchdown was Robinson's 11th rushing touchdown of the season.
• Quinn Ewers completed a 12-yard touchdown pass to Xavier Worthy to put Texas up 14-10. Ewers also completed a 30-yard pass to Worthy on the drive. The touchdown for Worthy marks his fifth straight game with a touchdown reception and 19th career touchdown catch.
• Morice Blackwell Jr. blocked an Oklahoma State punt and Ewers completed a 41-yard touchdown pass to Bijan Robinson to put Texas up 21-10. With his earlier rushing touchdown Robinson has five multi-touchdown games this season and 11 for his career.
• Bert Auburn put through a 37-yard field goal to put Texas up 24-17. Freshman Brenen Thompson pulled in a 32-yard reception on the drive.
• With Oklahoma State driving at the Texas 13-yard line Ryan Watts intercepted Spencer Sanders in the endzone to give Texas possession. Roschon Johnson ran 52 yards for a touchdown to put the Longhorns up 31-17.
• Bert Auburn put Texas up 34-24 with a 33-yard field goal, his second made field goal of the game.
• Oklahoma State tied the game 34-34 with 9:54 to play in the fourth quarter.
• The Cowboys took a 41-34 lead with 3:09 to play in the fourth quarter.
• Texas had one last shot, but Ewers was intercepted at the Oklahoma State 11-yard line to conclude the game.

Following an off-week Texas will travel to Manhattan, Kan, to take on Kansas State on Nov. 5.
