AUSTIN, Texas - Carlette Guidry was one of 30 track and field legends to be inducted into the 2022 USTFCCCA Collegiate Hall of Fame on Thursday.
The 23-time All-American competed for the Longhorns from 1987-1991 and remains as one of the most dominant sprinters in NCAA history. Her 12 total NCAA titles, including relays, is the most by any woman in NCAA Division I history. Her seven individual sprint titles is more than any other man or woman combined during the indoor and outdoor season. On top of her sprinting titles, Guidry won the NCAA Indoor long jump title her freshman season.
