No. 5 Women’s Golf sixth after day two of Stanford Intercollegiate

Longhorns will tee off tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. CT in final round of the tournament.
STANFORD, Calif. — The No. 5 University of Texas women's golf team wrapped up the second round of the Stanford Intercollegiate on Saturday. The Longhorns are in sixth place heading into the final round of the tournament.
Texas is five-over-par for the tournament. Southern California leads at five-under-par with Virginia also at five-under-par and UCLA in third place at four-under-par.
Bohyun Park and Angela Heo both got the Longhorns off to a strong start as they eagled the 501-yard par-five first hole in their round on Saturday. Heo finished with a one-over-par 72 and Park a two-over-par 73. Farah O'Keefe had the best second round for Texas with an even par 71.
The Lineup
• Angela Heo leads the Longhorns after rounds of 70-72 and is T16 on the individual leaderboard. Heo made an eagle and three birdies in her second round.
• Bohyun Park carded a round of 73 on Saturday and is one-over-par for the tournament and T23 on the leaderboard. Park made an eagle and three birdies in her second round.
• Farah O'Keefe led the Longhorns on day two with an even par 71. O'Keefe carded three birdies in her round.
• Bentley Cotton carded a six-over-par 77 in her second round. Cotton made two birdies on her scorecard.
