Modglin leads No. 13 Men's Swim and Dive at the Texas Invitational

Modglin enters top-10 performers list in 200 IM.
AUSTIN, Texas – Freshman Will Modglin of the No. 13 men's swim and dive team cracked the Texas All-Time Top-10 performer list in his 200 IM win at the Texas Swimming Invitational on Thursday night.
Modglin won the 200 IM with his season-best time of 1:41.84 and joined the All-Time performer list at No. 7. Modglin led the four Longhorns in the A final, followed by fellow freshman Nate Germonprez who finished third with a time of 1:43.14.
Sophomore Spencer Aurnou-Rhees was fifth with a time of 1:44.14, while sophomore Holden Smith was eighth at 1:45.60.
Junior Luke Hobson finished the 500 free in third place with his time of 4:15.56, meeting the NCAA B-standard. Coby Carrozza finished fourth with a time of 4:17.52.
The men of Chris O'Connor, Brayden Taivassalo, Cole Crane and Ethan Doehler ended the night finishing fourth in the 400 medley relay with their time of 3:08.11.
