Head Coach Ryan Murphy on the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate
"I thought our team performance was ok. We had some nice rounds on a challenging golf course. We need to be much cleaner going around the course. Little mistakes happened too frequently and ultimately cost us vying for the team title. It will be back-to-the-drawing board for us leading to our next trip to Tempe."
"As for Farah, it was obviously a terrific tournament for her. To shoot 5-under on this golf course and coming out T1 against this field is very heady stuff for a freshman. Her second round and her final nine holes today was where she won the tournament. Very strong play coming to the house today hitting all nine greens in regulation and capping it off with a bomb on the last hole was fun to watch!"
