Women’s Golf signs Alisa Inprasit

Inprasit has three wins and 17 top-10 finishes in junior golf and pro events.
AUSTIN, Texas — Alisa Inprasit has signed an Athletic Scholarship Agreement (ASA) to play golf with Texas starting in the 2024-25 season, head coach Laura Ianello announced.
Inprasit, a native of Pak Chong, Thailand is a member of the Thai National Golf Team and ranked fourth in the Junior Golf Tour of Asia. Inprasit has three wins and 17 top-10 finishes in junior golf and pro events.
In addition to junior golf, Inprasit plays on the SINGHA professional golf tour in Thailand and finished in third place at the 2024 Bangkok Ladies Championship and sixth place at the 2024 Nakhon Nayok Ladies Championship.
In an elite field of amateur players at the Rolex Girls Junior Championship at the Golf Club at Briar's Creek in South Carolina, Inprasit finished in fourth place including a final round 68.
"I'm excited to announce the signing of Alisa Inprasit," Texas head coach Laura Ianello said. "Alisa is a member of the Thai National Golf Team and a top junior amateur who has been competing on the SINGHA professional golf tour in Thailand. Alisa was originally committed to the University of Arizona but she has decided to join me and my staff at The University of Texas this fall.
"We are thrilled to add a new member to our Texas women's golf team and Alisa works extremely hard and she is ecstatic about the opportunity to play as a Longhorn. Alisa's values, morals and ethics align with the current team and coaching staff and we look forward to seeing her develop and win.
