Kim birdied her final three holes to shoot a 6-under 66 on the final day of the tournament, tied for the seventh best 18-hole round in program history.
Texas head coach Laura Ianello picked up her first win at the helm of the Longhorns.
"What a win," Ianello said! "I'm impressed by how consistent and poised the women were this week. We stuck to our game plan, executed shots and were disciplined in areas when we needed to play safe. Farah and Lauren led the way with finishing 11-under and Cindy fought back the past two days and went 6-under after a slow start on day one. Angela showed a lot of grit today finishing her last nine holes at 3-under and she finished 1-under for the tournament."
"This win was a complete team effort and all of the women contributed in a big way," Ianello added. "I'm excited to keep working with these women and getting better day by day."
