Women’s Golf’s Cindy Hsu named SEC Golfer of the Week

Hsu earned her first collegiate victory at the Nanea Invitational.
AUSTIN, Texas — Texas women's golf senior Cindy Hsu was named the SEC Women's Golfer of the Week, the conference announced today.
In the Longhorns final fall tournament at the Nanea Invitational, Hsu earned co-medalist honors for her first collegiate victory. Hsu birdied each of the last three holes of the tournament and turned in a score of 10-under-par.
Hsu ranked second in the field in total birdies with 16 and second in par-4 scoring. She has four career top-five finishes and nine top-10 finishes in her collegiate career.
The Longhorns resume the spring schedule with the Therese Hession Regional Challenge in Palos Verdes, Calif., Feb. 1-3.
