Listed as a five-star recruit by 247Sports, Rivals and ESPN … rated the No. 3 quarterback recruit and No. 8 overall national recruit in his class by Rivals … rated the No. 4 quarterback recruit and No. 27 overall national recruit in his class by 247Sports … rated the No. 2 pocket-passer quarterback recruit in his class by ESPN … named 2025 Elite 11 MVP … as a senior, completed 43-of-68 passing attempts for 540 yards (12.6 avg), four touchdowns and zero interceptions … also carried the ball 23 times for 98 yards … as a junior, led American Heritage HS to a 9-2 record before season-ending injury in the Class 4A regional semifinals … finished the season with 154-of-221 passes completed for 2,560 yards (16.6 avg), 29 touchdowns and six interceptions … also logged 69 rushes for 556 yards and six touchdowns (8.1 ypc) … named 2024 Gatorade Player of the Year in Florida … as a sophomore, completed 122-of-189 passes for 1,929 yards (15.8 avg), 20 touchdowns and four interceptions … as a freshman, made 13-of-21 completions for 317 yards (24.4 avg), four touchdowns and two interceptions in addition to 30 rush yards and a touchdown on 10 carries … also played varsity basketball for American Heritage HS … father, Raja Bell, played in the NBA.
