Foster and Schirck climb Track and Field's all-time performer list

Aaliyah Foster posts top collegiate mark in women's long jump.
CLEMSON, S.C. – Aaliyah Foster and Brandon Schirck climbed the UT All-Time performer list on Friday at the Tiger Paw Invite.
Foster soared her way to the top-collegiate finish in the women's long jump with a personal best mark of 6.54m (21-5.50). The mark moved her to No. 5 on the UT All-Time performer list. She was sixth with a mark of 6.46m prior to today's meet. The mark also moved her to No. 9 on the NCAA performance list this season.
Schirck moved to No. 6 on the UT All-Time performer list in the men's weight throw with his third-round throw of 18.37m (60-3.25). Schirck was 10th on the list heading into today's meet.
In the men's long jump, Solomon Washington (7.47m / 24-6.50) and Kelsey Daniel (7.44m / 24-5) finished eighth and ninth, respectively. Sophomore Brennen McHenry finished 17th with a personal best of 7.21m (23-8).
Sophomore Virginia Knight ran a 10-second personal best in the mile dropping her time of 4:59.09. She was 17th overall.
Fellow sophomore Akala Garrett posted two personal bests in the 60-meter hurdles, after running 8.24 in the prelims and 8.23 in the semis. She finished 19th overall in the field.
The women's 60-meter saw Carleta Bernard finished 19th in 7.35 seconds and Micayah Holland finish 22nd in 7.38 seconds.
In the 400-meter dash, Texas Pro Dina Asher-Smith finished ninth with a personal best time of 52.31. Texas Ex and 100-meter Olympic Champion Julien Alfred recorded a St. Lucia national record with her time of 52.97, while sophomore Lauren Lewis finished behind in 53.34. Ramiah Elliott was next to finish in 53.95. Freshman Mackenzie Collins posted a personal best 55.60.
Sophia Kowalski recorded a jump of 4.14m (13-7) to finish tied for seventh in the pole vault invitational.
Texas Exes and fellow Olympians Leo Neugebauer (1:20.74) and Rhasidat Adeleke (1:30.30) finished the night running the men's and women's 600-meter in their indoor debuts of the 2025 season.
The men's distance team took on the David Hemery Valentine Invitational and saw Rodger Rivera post the 14th-fastest 3000-meter time in school history at 8:00.27. Isaac Alonzo was just behind in 8:02.77.
EJ Rush recorded the fastest mile for the Longhorns with a time of 4:01.61, just shy of his personal best. Logan Patete later recorded the top 800-meter time in 1:50.64.
The men concluded the night after Nigusom Knight ran a six-second personal best in the 5000-meter with a time of 14:17.85. Trey Rios finished in 14:18.64.
