• RANKED WINS: The Longhorns won their ninth game of the season against an AP-top 25 team and fifth win over an AP-top 10 team with their win over No. 5 LSU. Texas became the first program in 20 years to win three straight games over top-10 teams.
• TEAM OF THE WEEK: For the second straight week Texas was selected the U.S. Basketball Writers Association Nation Team of the Week. Texas has earned the honor three times this season.
• SCHAEFER ON NATIONAL COACH OF THE YEAR WATCH LIST: Texas head coach Vic Schaefer was named to the Naismith Women's College Coach of the Year watch list this week. Schaefer, the 2018 Naismith National Coach of the Year has guided teams to the Elite Eight or further in six of the last seven seasons and has collected 10 seasons of 25 or more wins.
• BOOKER ON A ROLL: In the Longhorns three wins over top-10 opponents Booker has averaged 18.3 points per game and has grabbed 9.7 rebounds per game. She has also connected on 17-of-19 free-throws over that stretch.
• HONORS FOR HARMON: Rori Harmon was recently named to the watch list for the Naismith Defensive Player of the Year as well as a top-10 finalist for the Nancy Lieberman Point Guard of the Year Award. Harmon is eight points away from becoming the first player in Texas women's basketball history with 1,200 points and 600 assists.
• TWO-HEADED MONSTER: Kyla Oldacre and Taylor Jones have combined to average 22.0 points per game, 13.0 rebounds per game, 72 blocked shots and a 61.5 field goal percentage this season. Jones recently became the 50th member of the 1,000 point club at Texas and also recorded her 1,000th career rebound.
