Beach Volleyball earns 2025 AVCA Team Academic Award

Longhorns earned a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher during the 2024-25 academic year.
AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Beach Volleyball has been awarded the 2025 AVCA Team Academic Award sponsored by Intent for maintaining a grade-point average of at least 3.3 during the 2024-25 season.
The Longhorns are one of over 1,450 collegiate and high school volleyball teams that maintained the GPA needed for the award. In three seasons as a program at UT, Texas has won the award all three years.
Texas joined 230 other programs in women's Division I collegiate volleyball to earn the award.
