AUSTIN, Texas – No. 6 Texas Beach Volleyball will host the Texas Invitational at the Wright-Whitaker Sports Complex March 27-28. The Longhorns will welcome seven programs and are scheduled to face No. 1 UCLA, No. 2 Stanford, No. 3 USC and No. 10 Long Beach State.
Texas returns from Baton Rouge, where it competed in the Death Volley Invitational, earning three ranked wins against No. 10 Arizona State, No. 12 LSU and No. 16 Grand Canyon before falling to No. 9 California, 3-2.
Emma Grace Robertson and Lily Davis earned AVCA and MPSF Pair of the Week honors after going 4-0 on Court 2 at the Death Volley Invitational.
Texas enters the weekend with a 13-5 overall record, including a 12-5 mark against ranked opponents, and has recorded six sweeps this season.
