• RANKED OPPONENTS: Texas is 14-3 on the season against ranked opponents with four wins against top-5 teams. The 14 wins against ranked opponent leads the nation
• 30 WINS: Texas has notched their third straight season with 30 or more wins. Since the start of the 2023-24 season the Longhorns have an overall record of 101-12. This is the first time since 1985-88 Texas has had three straight seasons with 30 or more wins.
• NO. 1 SEED: Texas earned a number one seed for the third straight season. This is the second time in program history the Longhorns have had three straight seasons as a No. 1 seed.
• BOOKER AP ALL-AMERICAN: Madison Booker was selected a First Team All-American by the Associated. Booker is the first player in Texas women's basketball history to become a three-time AP All-American. Booker is a finalist for the WBCA Wade Trophy which goes to the women's college player of the year.
• SCHAEFER FINALIST FOR COACH OF THE YEAR: Texas head coach Vic Schaefer was selected a finalist for the Naismith Coach of the Year award. Since the start of the 2023-24 season Schaefer has guided Texas to a 101-12 overall record. The Longhorns have won a regular season or conference tournament championship in each of the last five seasons. Schaefer is one of three active head coaches that have led teams to the Elite Eight in seven of the last eight seasons.
• HARMON BREAKS TEXAS STEALS RECORD: Texas point guard Rori Harmon broke the Longhorns all-time steals in the victory over LSU. Harmon tallied six steals in the game and now has 377 for her career. The previous record of 346 was established in 1980 by Linda Waggoner.
• HARMON BREAKS ASSIST RECORD: Rori Harmon tallied nine assists and the game-winning shot against South Carolina in Las Vegas. Harmon broke the 40-year record previously held by Kamie Ethridge with her 777th assist. Harmon now has 952 career assists, which ranks her 10th all-time in NCAA history. Harmon is the first and only player in NCAA DI women's basketball history to reach 1,500+ points, 900+ assists, 350+ steals and 600+ rebounds.
• BOOKER FIRST PLAYER IN TEXAS WBB HISTORY: Madison Booker in her junior year has become the first player in Texas women's basketball history to reach 1,800 points, 600 rebounds and 400 assists. Booker's 1,927 points rank her fifth on the Texas all-time career scoring list.
• BIG TIME BOOKER: Booker broke a Texas NCAA Tournament single game scoring record when she put up 40 points in the second round win over Oregon. Booker shot 14-of-21 from the field in the game and over her last five games she is shooting 61.6 from the field. That includes leading Texas to the SEC Tournament Championship, which Booker was named the MVP.
• JORDAN LEE: Jordan Lee is one of the most improved players in women's college basketball this season. Lee went from averaging 5.8 points per game last season to 13.5 points per game this season. In the Longhorns last five games Lee is averaging 15.6 points per game and shooting 51.6 percent from the field.
• OLDACRE MAKING AN IMPACT: Senior Kyla Oldacre is a strong presence for Texas. Oldacre is averaging 10.4 points per game and 6.1 rebounds per game on the season and has recorded five double-doubles. Oldacre has a 62.7 shooting percentage on the season and has tallied 41 blocked shots and 44 steals.
• NUMBER ONE RECRUITING CLASS: The Longhorns have inked the No. 1 recruiting class for 2026. Texas is the only program to sign multiple top-10 kids. The Longhorns recruiting class of Brihanna Crittendon, Addison Bjorn, Lizzy Spaight and Amalia Holguin has been ranked No. 1 by CBS Sports and ESPN. Bjorn, Crittendon and Spaight were named McDonald's All-Americans. The trio each earned Gatorade Player of the Year for their respective states.
