Volleyball announces 2026 SEC conference schedule

Longhorns set for eight home matches at Gregory Gymnasium, tournament returns to Savannah.
AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Volleyball and the Southeastern Conference announced the 2026 conference schedule on Wednesday, featuring a 15-match slate and the return of the Allstate SEC Volleyball Tournament to Savannah, Georgia.
Texas will play eight home matches at Gregory Gymnasium and seven on the road during the conference season, opening with matches at Tennessee on Friday, Sept. 25 and at Kentucky on Sunday, Sept. 27.
The Longhorns will make their conference home debut the following weekend, hosting Mississippi State on Friday, Oct. 2 and Alabama on Sunday, Oct. 4.
Texas returns to the road for matches at Arkansas (Oct. 9) and Oklahoma (Oct. 11).
The Longhorns will host Auburn (Oct. 16) and Florida (Oct. 18) before traveling to South Carolina on Sunday, Oct. 25. Texas will then return to Gregory Gym to host Georgia on Wednesday, Oct. 28, the only midweek match on the conference schedule, and Texas A&M on Sunday, Nov. 1.
Texas faces road matches at Missouri (Nov. 6) and Vanderbilt (Nov. 8) before closing out the regular season at home against Ole Miss (Nov. 13) and LSU (Nov. 15).
The 2026 SEC season will conclude with the Allstate SEC Volleyball Tournament, scheduled for Nov. 20-24 at Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Georgia.
Prior to conference play, Texas will navigate a high-profile nonconference slate, opening the 2026 season at the AVCA First Serve in Milwaukee, part of a four-day showcase at Fiserv Forum. The Longhorns will face Arizona State on Saturday, Aug. 22 before taking on Marquette on Monday, Aug. 24.
Texas will also compete in the second annual Sprouts Farmers Market Broadway Block Party on Sunday, Sept. 6, facing Louisville at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.
The Longhorns will host Wisconsin at Moody Center on Saturday, Sept. 13, bringing another marquee matchup to one of Austin's premier venues.
Times and television broadcast information for all Texas Volleyball matches will be released at a later date.
