Set a PB in the high jump (1.92m), threw 35.99m in the discus and set another PB in the javelin with a throw of 46.14m at the Michael Johnson Invite...Recorded a personal-best in the decathlon (6,172 pts) at the Big 12 Championships…
INDOOR: Made his Longhorn debut at the Clemson Invitational in the 60mH with a time of 8.68, matching his personal best, finished fifth in pole vault (4.50m/14'9") and competed in long jump... Finished with a personal-best mark in the pole vault at 4.62m(15-1.75) at the Tiger Paw Invite and competed in both the 60m hurdles and long jump... Finished eighth in the heptathlon at the Big 12 Championships, scoring 5,283 points, a new-personal best.
2020-2021 (Senior at Penn)
OUTDOOR: Competed in seven meets, setting four career-best marks...Opened year at Penn Challenge with career-best time in 110m hurdles, crossing the line at 15.76...Threw a personal-best mark in the javelin at the Big Five meet, landing at 44.27m (145-3)...Took first place in the decathlon at the Quaker Invitational with 6,948 points to move into ninth in program history...Finished first place in the long jump at the Penn Twilight, landing a personal-best distance of 7.29m (23-11)...Wrapped up season at TCNJ Last Chance meet with a first-place finish in the long jump, clearing 7.06m (23-2)

2019-20 (Junior at Penn)
OUTDOOR: All 2020 Ivy League sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.
INDOOR: Competed in four meets during the indoor season, including scoring at Penn in the heptathlon at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (March 1)... Scored 4,923 points at Heps to place fifth... Set a top-10 point total in program history with 5,010 points at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge in the heptathlon, winning the long jump with a career-best clearance of 7.11m... Finished fourth in the long jump at the season-opening Navy Invitational (Dec. 7), clearing 7.01m.
2018-2019 (Sophomore at Penn)
OUTDOOR: 2020 season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
INDOOR: Competed in six meets during the indoor season, primarily in the long jump...Scored in both the 60m and long jump at the Harvard vs. Penn Dual (Dec. 9) with a fifth- and sixth-place finish, respectively... Picked up a fifth-place finish in the Princeton Indoor Invitational (Feb. 16) in the long jump with a clearance of 6.80m (22-3.75)... Jumped a season-best 6.96m (22-10) to finish 13th in the Ivy League Heptagonal Championship (Feb. 24).
2017-2018 (Freshman at Penn)
OUTDOOR: Appeared in seven meets throughout the 2018 outdoor season, competing in the long jump and several sprint events... Scored twice at the 2018 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 6), part of the fourth-place 4x100m relay team and finishing sixth in the long jump... Season-best distance of 7.13m (23-4.75) in the long jump came at Ivy Heps... Placed second in the long jump at the Penn Challenge (March 24)...Took part in both the 4x100m relay and long jump at the Penn Relays (April 26-28)... Totaled four top-10 placements on the year.
