2022-23 (Junior):
OUTDOOR: Opened his outdoor season at the 95th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays in the long jump finishing 11th with a jump of 7.46m (25-0.75) and fifth in the triple jump at 16.46m (54-0)... Moved to No. 6 on the UT performer list in the triple jump with his mark of 16.49m (54-1.25) and finished 11th in long jump at 7.48m (24-6.5)... Finished seventh in the long jump at the Texas Invitational with his jump of 7.40m (24-3.5)... Finished 10th in both the long jump (7.28m/ 23-10.75) and triple jump (14.73m / 48-4) at the Big 12 Championships... Reached the NCAA West Prelims in both the long jump and triple jump.
INDOOR: Became the No. 4 performer in Texas history in the long jump with his winning mark of 7.99m (26-2.75), which ranks as the seventh-best jump ever at UT and also competed in the triple jump at the Cardinal Classic... Became the No. 10 performer in Texas history in the triple jump at the Dr. MLK Jr. Invitational with his second-place mark of 15.72m (51-7)... Competed in both the long jump and triple jump at the Tiger Paw Invite.... Finished 7th in the triple jump at the Big 12 Championships with his mark of 15.60m (51-2.25)... Finished the indoor season with Second Team All-America honors with a jump of 7.35m (24-1.5) at the NCAA Indoor Championships...
2021-22 (Sophomore):
OUTDOOR: Recorded two top-10 finishes at the Texas Relays in the long jump (seventh at 7.96mw) and 10th in the triple jump with a mark of 14.76m... Swept the long jump and triple jump in the dual meet against Texas A&M with a PB in long jump at 7.93m (the No. 5 performer in Texas history) and 14.10m in the triple jump... Finished eighth in the triple jump at the Mt. SAC Relays with a jump of 15.08 (49-9.75)...Competed in the 100m dash and the triple jump (15.44m / 50-8) at the LSU Invitational… Finished third in the long jump at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships and 11th in triple jump… Qualified for both the long jump and triple jump for the NCAA Championships, with a PR in triple at 16.05m... Finished seventh in the long jump at the NCAA Outdoor Championsips and 21st in the triple jump, helping Texas to a runner-up finish in the team standings.
INDOOR: Finished with two fifth-place finishes at the Clemson Invitational in the long and triple jump... Finished with a mark of 7.67m (25-2.0) and 14.63m (48-0), respectively to open the season... Finished fifth in the long jump at the Red Raider Open with a mark of 7.34m... Won the long jump at the New Mexico Collegiate Invite with a jump of 7.83m (25-8.25) and finished second in the triple jump at 16.80m (55-1.50)... Competed in both the long jump and triple jump at the Tiger Paw Invite and finished seventh in the long (7.49m / 24-7) and a mark of 14.98m (49-1.75) in the triple... Competed in both the long jump and triple jump at the Big 12 Championships - scoring six points in the long jump after a bronze medal performance with a mark of 7.58m (24-10.5)... Finished 13th at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the long jump with a mark of 7.03m and helped Texas to its first ever men's NCAA Team Title.
2020-21 (Freshman)
OUTDOOR: Recorded a personal-best mark in the long jump at 7.69m in his outdoor debut at the Longhorn Invitational... Won the triple jump at the Texas Relays with a mark of 15.61m and ninth in the long jump with a mark of 7.68m... Finished third in both the long jump (7.45m) and triple jump (14.65m) at the dual meet against Texas A&M... Finished second in the triple jump at the LSU Alumni Gold Meet at 15.15m and fourth in the long jump at 7.51mw... Went to Big 12s and finished seventh in the long jump at 7.69m and eighth in the triple jump at 15.41m... Earned a spot at the NCAA West Prelims in both the long jump and triple jump and ended the season with a personal-best mark in the tj at 15.95m...
INDOOR: Made his collegiate debut for Texas at the Corky Classic in the long jump with a mark of 7.08m and the triple jump with a 14.93m jump to finish fourth and second, respectively... Competed in both the long jump (6.96m) and the triple jump (14.04m) at the Wooo Pig Classic... Recorded a then-season-best mark in the long jump at 7.34m and finished fifth in the triple at 14.25m at the Charlie Thomas Invitational... Continued long jump success with a mark of 7.54m and a then season-best of 15.35m in the triple jump at the Tyson Invitational... Finished just off the podium in the long jump at 7.56m to finish fourth and fifth in triple with a mark of 15.41m.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in football and track four times at Ellison High School … also lettered once in baseball as a freshman … a state champion in the triple jump … competed in the long and triple jump at AAU meets … was an all-district jumper in high school.
PERSONAL: Son of Stacy Brown Sr. and Patricia Williams … has six siblings – two brothers and four sisters … his brothers are Derel Walker and Darius Brown … sisters are Ashley Johnson, Brettney Walker, Haley and Alivia Brown … has a sister that also attends UT … father, Stacy, played football and ran track at Abilene Christian … brother, Derel, played football at Texas A&M … began competing in track and field around the age of five … earliest memory of track and field is competing for the “Hillsboro Flyers,” a team his father created when he was six years old.
